Description

This is a great smaller scale French Provincial Louis XV style writing desk. I think some would call it a lady’s writing desk. Made by Baker circa 1950.  It has simple curvaceous cabriole legs, a scalloped apron edge, ample knee-hole space, and two stationary storage drawers with handsome brass handles. This would be perfect in your master bedroom, study, library, or even a guest room. It is in good vintage condition. Please examine photos. It has an age patina you would expect with age and use with nicks, scratches, and places where finish is worn, that I personally like, and I feel it’s ready to use; however, some might feel the need to refinish.
