Vintage Modern Chrome Triple Shaft Floor Lamp with Perforated Metal Ring & Glass Disc
What an awesome modern style floor lamp (or is it a torchier?) that works with so many design styles! It will look fabulous in an ultra-modern setting and equally as great in a mid-century modern setting. Plus, it would be incredible in your Bauhaus designed abode or an industrial loft! It is comprised of three, two piece each, chrome shafts. The two on the outside being smaller in diameter than the center shaft which carries the wiring. The triple shafts connect the circular black base to the circular shade and light source. The shade is made of a chrome perforated metal ring topped by a frosted glass disc. Simply wonderful! We feel it is done in the style of Robert Sonneman for George Kovacs but have not been able to determine maker. We know you are in love. Just make it yours.
Handsome modern chrome floor lamp with a triple shaft and round perforated ring and glass disc shade. It is in wonderful vintage condition. The chrome on the shafts and upper portions of the lamp are in fabulous shape as are the metal and glass. However, we have put a new black painted finish on the round base as it was not in good condition. The wiring has been checked and a new switch installed. It is ready to use. Please see photos. Circa late 20th century.
