What a beauty! There is no signature on her but through research we feel she must be made by Elena Pelevina or Natalia Vlasova. She is dressed in a very detailed and exquisitely handmade Russian costume. Her legs, hands and head are porcelain and her face is finely painted. She stands 25.5 inches tall. Gorgeous piece of Russian art.
