We have fallen in love with these vintage modern club chairs which are simply quite wonderful. We are selling them per chair so you can choose as many as you wish. There are a total of four. In addition to being great looking they are very sturdy. Comprised of an oak open frame with a floating seat and back which is upholstered. The fabric is not in great condition and the chairs will need recovered. But oh, the opportunities!! Just imagine them in black leather! Or maybe some hair on hide! The construction method of this chair is celebrated with the joinery becoming the adornment. The open light oak frame is comprised of flat solid oak planks that are joined at the corners with beautiful box joints and the crossbars are joined to the open sides with large decorative bolts. The tops of the flat arms have been upholstered for elbow comfort. Make one, a pair, or all of them yours!

Modern Open Frame Club Chair with Floating Seat and Back in Oak and Fabric Available in Teal

Handsome modern oak open frame club chair with a floating upholstered seat and back. There are four available and we are pricing them per chair. They are all in good vintage condition. The wood is in wonderful condition but most of the fabric is not in usable condition and they will need recovered. They are priced accordingly. Please see photos. The chairs are numbered so you can see the flaws in the fabric of each one and the fronts back and sides of each. Just tell us which number you want when placing an order. Circa late 20th century.
